Fortaleza, Ceara, Offers Sun, Warmth, Overlooking The Sea And Tray, Lively Nightlife

The map draws a big city, with spikes, hotels in the border and 2.5 million inhabitants. The routine of the tourists back to the sea, the beaches of Iracema and Meireles Fortaleza, is dotted with fishing boats and all sizes of vessels, the right end, near the Yacht Club and the Quayside. Due to the Beira-Mar, the main beaches are connected by boardwalks that are practically an amusement park: have lookouts to watch surfers and jangadeiros, tropical gardens and squares shaded by coconut trees, sculptures, sports facilities, shopping and gastronomic complete a craft fair with hundreds of exhibitors. The boardwalk is also a permanent source of breeze, ice cream and coconut water, survival items in the heat surrounded by asphalt and concrete of Fortaleza.

Distant about ten kilometers from Fortaleza, Praia do Futuro seems a world apart, where the low buildings no longer see the sky on all sides. The place is famous for high-tech comfort of their tents on the beach, leisure complex real foot-in-sand, swimming pools, gazebos, hammocks, massage rooms and aesthetic therapies, lan house, children’s toys, concert halls and great restaurants. It also points out more and less polluted to, finally, into the blue sea of the Capital. And stay afloat, since there is water and salt.

Back in the central region, worth a visit, within the first hours of the trip, the Dragão do Mar Center of Art and Culture and the Theatro José de Alencar. Both honor the illustrious name of Ceará. Call of the Dragon fisherman Francisco José do Nascimento is no exaggeration: in 1881, seven years before the Golden Law, he managed to stop the slave trade on the coast and turned abolitionist hero. The cultural center has areas for noble Visual Arts Exhibit, Memorial Cearense Culture and the Museum of Contemporary Art, as well as auditoriums and outdoor venues for music performances, theater, capoeira, juggling etc..

Facing the square José de Alencar, the Theatro José de Alencar turns 100 in 2010. It is a relic of the iron architecture that makes known, by means of guided tours during the day, and shows day and night. Name important romanticism, Alencar has Iracema, Ubirajara and many other characters that brought Indians some of the Brazilian forests to the literature of the 19th century. The birthplace of the writer is also open to visitors, a site from the Center in Messejana.

The culture of the Indians, mixed with the traditions of Portuguese settlers, shows its strength in two valuable brands of Ceará, which are handicrafts and gastronomy. Both move the state’s economy. The Craft Center (CEART) lists dozens of craft types that characterize the production of different regions. In Fortaleza, fairs, shopping malls, Central Market and Tourism Center, you can buy pieces of clay and straw, cloth embroidered by hand or machine, crochet, weave, weaving, paintings, leather goods, ceramics, wood and metal, regional flora, bobbin lace, maze, steak and renaissance.

In a state with 573 km of coastline and all types of beaches, from urban to desert, fish and seafood are the flagship of cooking. Ceara exports lobsters, the operation of large-scale enough to threaten the reproduction of the crustacean. The crab deserves a special date to the week for your consumption: Thursday “Night of the crab” in Praia do Futuro and other parts of the city. The menus always bring versions of crab, and between fish are more suited to bream, sea bass and whiting. Typical fruits and nuts as ingredients of the interior as meat parasols, goat and cassava also help make up the revenue coast, with amazing results. Tourists in search of strong emotions can experience an exotic type of tapioca mixture meat that Parasols shredded bran of brown sugar.

Fortaleza is named after a fortress even the Schoonenborch Fort, built with Dutch engineering and renamed Fort of Our Lady of the Assumption in 1654, now with the Dutch expelled the Portuguese colony in Brazil. Located in the city center, near the Metropolitan Cathedral and the Public Road, the monument is open for visitation, the starting point for a historical itinerary.

The Beach Park in the neighboring municipality of Aquiraz, is a schedule of day, for children and adults. On the beach of Porto das Dunas, the water park offers dozens of water slides, artificial river to go with buoys, wave pools and some places to just relax with sun, artificial waterfalls, sauna and heated pool. Luxury Goods, which attracts about 3,000 visitors per day in high season, prices have salted, in income and food kiosks and a restaurant. But consider that it is an investment in happiness, that type of explosive, which is crying out. Just sad to see people that way when the queues for the slides are long or at 17h, when the park closes the doors.

Other Area that are worth a visit are Morro Branco, Canoa Quebrada Cumbuco. Who has more time can stretch out the trip to mythical places like Juazeiro North Padre Cicero or a famous beach where, every afternoon, several accents of the country and the world are at the top of the dune to applaud the sunset sun. From Fortaleza and other cities of Ceará departing vehicles with that magic word on the sign: Jericoacoara.

Brazilian real estate has projected an overall growth rate of 20% per annum claiming it to be a booming and hot market for interested investors.

Brazil is a huge country with rich natural resources, a stable government and a throbbing young population. The tropical north east of Brazil is merely seven hours flight from the U.S. and is also easily accessible from Europe. The on-line website such as www.realestinternational.com displays the huge option of marvelous houses, villas, apartments and Brazil land for sale. The Brazilian real estate company offers great projects for second home relocation or for investment property. Brazil is monitored by the real estate specialists who offer all the latest top notch properties currently available in the market along with incredible financial plans. Land in Brazil, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro continue to be the cheapest in the world. Some of the advantageous of buying land in Brazil include easy immigration, political stability, climatic stability, geological stability and economical stability.

Brazil is not known to be an affluent nation, but it is self sufficient in energy production. Unlike most other Latin American countries, Brazil has never had a political or a cultural revolution or any note worthy violent political upheaval. Another interesting feature is that foreigners (non-Brazilian citizens) can buy land for sale in Brazil and have the same property rights as Brazilians.

The experts manning Brazilian real estate company are extremely knowledgeable about the current market condition and have years of working experience in the emerging property market. They are available 24×7 to assist those interested in buying property in Brazil.

The Brazil real estate agents help the investors in arranging trips as well as arrange passport, tourist visa, make travel arrangements and provide personal tour to show the amazing land in Brazil. They work closely with developers to offer affordable Brazilian properties. In certain areas the Brazilian real estate company offers rental management services. They are, however, very selective regarding their clientele base.

Some of the hot property areas located on the north eastern coast of Brazil is the upcoming Forteleza, capital of Ceara, an exotic and exciting locale.  Most residents of Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro feel the place is enchanting with its sandy white beaches and turquoise sea. This 300 year old city has a rich historical background and complete infrastructure. The nightlife, too, offers loads of excitement such as bars, restaurants and live shows. The beaches also provide nautical sports, fishing, water parks and dolphins making it a fantastic place for the family and friends.

San Luis, Brazil – Nightlife

A Brazil Honeymoon Without Sand… Really? – By Dehouche

While a certain amount of seclusion is certainly a key factor in any honeymoon, to many couples the idea of solely spending two weeks on a beach, even with the love of your life in a picture perfect setting, just doesn’t appeal. There’s no reason why a honeymoon can’t also be a good excuse to sample some faster paced sophisticated city time and happening nightlife.

Some of South America’s great cities are a good place to start and while Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro may be famous internationally for tango and samba they also have a more modern side and an exciting club scene. Nightlife in Buenos Aires starts very late (it’s standard practice to arrive after 3am at a club) and there is a thriving electronic and underground scene, combined with the Argentine capital’s large and rapidly changing selection of excellent restaurants and modern boutique hideaways, this is a perfect spot for a happening city-break honeymoon.

Rio de Janeiro throws a tropical climate and beach lifestyle into the mix and, although to a lesser extent, still has an ever increasing range of chic clubs and bars, but perhaps the most cosmopolitan city of all is the often over looked Sao Paulo. Several factors, firstly the massive concentration of wealth in the city (this is after all the city with the largest fleet of private aircraft in the world), and secondly the lack of naturally occurring attractions which cities like Rio can always fall back on, Sao Paulo has an incredible range of world class restaurants (Michelin aren’t here yet but Sao Paulo has the largest number of Brazil’s equivalent 3 starred establishments), and the country’s best night life, from small underground electronic meccas, to full on glitzy nightclubs where it can cost you more than $1000 just to walk in the door. There is no shortage of luxury lodgings to rest your head either, the Paulista elite know how to splash out and won’t stand for poor service. A suite at one of the city’s top hotels is a seriously stylish option for a honeymoon with a difference.

So you don’t get lost planning a trip in these urban jungles you need to go with the experts, not only to make sure your in nothing but the best hotel room in the coolest neighbourhood but also to recommend on where the party is on any given night, and which the best restaurants to check out are from trendy new openings to the old classics you simply can’t miss.

Let Dehouche arrange your luxury boutique hotel and enjoy a whole host of insider tips on where to truly escape from it all on your honeymoon.
